Samul Baxter with his friends Janet Auguste and Negril Lonburg are siting in the locale Pub The Dancing Goat a stack of papers and book sit before them on the table before them . Janet discoursing her new book with them. her word are slow and she look very tired when the door to the Pub opened letting the last of the setting sun and some brisk fall air. In the door way a young messenger out of breath looks up at Samul point and stumbles forward exhausted and breathing heavy. He catches his breath and say "I have a message for you mister Baxter" leaning forward handing him a letter. Sam take the letter oping the waxed seal envelope after pull out a letter inside and begins reading
